Mountain Goat Jumper is developed and published by Venginoads. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you play the game or use its optional in-app purchases.
Personal Data
The game does not require a separate Mountain Goat Jumper account. It does not request access to your contacts, precise location, photos, videos, or microphone.
A name entered for the local leaderboard is stored on your device as described below.
In-app purchases involve purchase-related information handled by the game and its payment services. Google Play processes payment details; the game does not receive your full payment card number or card security code.
Local Game Data
Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. This may include:
- Game progress and unlocked levels
- High scores and local Top 5 records
- A locally entered leaderboard name
- Selected skins and locally saved unlock status
- Game settings and audio preferences
Gameplay records and the local leaderboard are not uploaded to an online leaderboard. Purchase-related information is handled separately as explained in the next section.
Local data can be removed by clearing the application's data or uninstalling the game, subject to Android's storage and backup behavior. Removing local data does not delete purchase records maintained by Google Play.
In-App Purchases
Mountain Goat Jumper offers optional cosmetic skins as non-consumable in-app purchases. These are one-time purchases intended to permanently unlock the purchased skin.
Purchases are integrated through Unity In-App Purchasing (Unity IAP) and processed through Google Play Billing.
The game uses purchase-related information, such as product identifiers, purchase status, and transaction information provided by the billing system, to process purchases, recognize ownership, unlock skins, and restore eligible purchases.
Purchase processing and restoration may involve communication with the applicable payment services. Google handles payment methods and associated account information under its own privacy policies.
Purchase records are retained by the relevant service providers according to their policies and applicable obligations. Clearing the game's local data does not remove those records.
Advertising and Analytics
Mountain Goat Jumper does not display advertising and does not use advertising identifiers for advertising purposes.
The current version does not use active gameplay analytics, cloud gameplay saves, third-party crash reporting services, or online leaderboards.
Internet Access
The Android application includes Internet access for functionality related to in-app purchases, including retrieving available products and prices, processing purchases, checking purchase status, and restoring eligible skin purchases.
Game progress and local leaderboard records are stored on the device rather than in a developer-operated online gameplay service.
Third-Party Services
The game integrates Unity IAP and Google Play Billing for optional skin purchases. Information handled by these services is subject to their applicable policies.
Google Play may also independently process information related to app distribution, downloads, transactions, crashes, or Android Vitals as part of the Google Play platform.
Children's Privacy
The game does not ask children to provide personal contact information or create a separate game account. Local game data and optional purchases are handled as described in this policy.
Parents and guardians can manage purchase authorization through the settings and parental controls available in Google Play.
